The Estrela Mountain Dog is a large breed of dog which has been used for centuries in the Estrela Mountains of Portugal to guard herds and homesteads.

Coat	Comes in both a long hair and a short hair, and has the texture of goat hair.
Colour	Fawn, wolf gray and yellow with a dark facial mask
Life span	Over 10 Years
